Refund & Return Policy

At Tiff of All Trades, each custom item is created specifically for you. Please review all details, including spelling, colors, sizing, and design selections, carefully before approving your order.

Custom & Personalized Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom and personalized sales are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be accepted once an item has been approved and production has begun.

Design Approval

A proof may be provided for approval before production. Once you approve the final design, Tiff of All Trades is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof, including spelling, sizing, placement, or color selections.

Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations must be requested before production begins. Once materials have been ordered, a design has been approved, or production has started, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an item that differs from your approved order due to an error made by Tiff of All Trades, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Please Note

Colors may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, printing methods, garment colors, and materials. These normal variations are not considered defects.
